The HEPA Filters in your AOS 2071 Air Purifier and Humidifier should be replaced once a year.

The Active Carbon Filter should be replaced every six months.

The Evaporator Cartridge should be replaced every three months.  If your water is exceptionally hard, meaning it has more minerals in it, you may have to replace the Evaporator Cartridge more frequently.  Evaporator Cartridges are sold as a package of 2. 

The base of your AOS 2071 (when using the Humidifier option) should be cleaned every few weeks.  We recommend using EZ Cal Descaler and Cleaner to make the cleaning process easier.  EZ Cal is sold in 3-packs of pre-measured, ready-to-use powder.
